Amorly Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Serhii Pik, a sole proprietorship (jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza)
registered in Poland ("we", "us" or "our"), collects, uses and shares personal data when you use the Amorly mobile
application (the "App"). We are the data controller. It also explains your rights under the EU General Data
Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar laws.
1. Data we collect
- Account data. An account identifier. If you sign in with Apple or Google: your email address
and, if provided, your name.
- Profile and content. What you enter in the App, for example your name and your partner's name,
interests and memories, onboarding answers, answers to questions, letters, saved ideas, messages you ask us to
generate or refine, and feedback.
- Couple data. If you link with a partner: the link between your accounts, shared answers,
progress, and presence information (such as when you are online or in a live session).
- Location. If you allow it, your approximate location (about 1 km accuracy, only while using
the App) to suggest date ideas nearby. You can turn this off in iOS Settings.
- Usage data. The screens you view, the actions you take (such as taps, answers and purchases
started), session start and length, app installs, opens and updates, and the date and time of these events.
- Session recordings. We may record some app sessions. A recording captures what is displayed on
your screen and your interactions with it (such as taps and scrolling), including text you view or enter
in the App. System screens such as the keyboard, Apple Pay and Sign in with Apple are not recorded.
- Device data. Device model, operating system and app version, language, time zone, IP address,
and a push notification token.
- Purchase data. Your subscription status, plan, trial and renewal events. Payment is processed
by Apple; we never receive your card details.
- Advertising and attribution data. Which ad campaign brought you to the App. Your device's
advertising identifier (IDFA) is collected only if you allow tracking in the iOS App Tracking Transparency
prompt.
- Email communication. If we have your email, records of emails we send you.
2. Sensitive information
Amorly is about relationships. Some of what you enter, and therefore some of what appears in session recordings,
may reveal information about your intimate or sexual life. You choose what to enter. We process this information
only to provide the App's features and, as part of usage analytics and session recordings, to understand and
improve the App. We never use it for advertising and never sell it. Where GDPR requires it, we rely on your
explicit consent, which you give by entering this information, and which you can withdraw at any time by deleting
the content or your account.
3. How we use your data
- To provide the App: your account, questions, couple features, AI-generated content, date ideas, notifications
and subscriptions.
- To understand how the App is used and to improve it, using analytics and session recordings.
- To measure which ads bring users to the App.
- To send service emails and, where allowed, occasional emails about the App. You can unsubscribe using the link
in any email.
- To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse and fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal bases (GDPR)
- Performance of a contract: to provide the App and your subscription.
- Legitimate interests: to analyze and improve the App (analytics and session recordings), keep
it secure and prevent abuse. We balance these interests against your rights.
- Consent: for approximate location, push notifications, advertising tracking (IDFA), and for
sensitive information you choose to enter (see Section 2). You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation: to keep records required by law.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it with your linked partner as described in the Terms of Use, and
with service providers that process it on our behalf:
- Google Firebase (Google LLC): sign-in, database, push notifications, remote configuration and
app analytics.
- Google Gemini (Google LLC): generating AI content from what you enter.
- Google Places (Google LLC): place information for date ideas.
- Railway (Railway Corporation): hosting of our backend servers.
- Apple and Adapty: in-app purchases and subscription management.
- AppsFlyer: ad attribution.
- Mixpanel, Amplitude and PostHog: product analytics and
session recordings. We may use one or more of them at a time.
- Resend: sending emails.
We may also disclose data if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection
with a sale or reorganization of our business.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers are located in, or process data in, the United States. When personal data is transferred
outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or
the EU Standard Contractual Clauses offered by the provider.
7. How long we keep it
- Account and content: for as long as you have an account. When you delete your account, we
delete your data from our systems and request deletion from our analytics providers. Providers may take up to 30
days to complete deletion.
- Usage analytics: up to 24 months, unless you delete your account earlier.
- Session recordings: kept by the analytics provider for a limited period, typically 30 to 90
days, and then deleted.
- Purchase records: as long as required by tax and accounting laws.
8. Your rights and choices
- Delete your account at any time in the App's settings.
- Access, correct, delete, restrict, object, data portability, and withdraw consent: email us.
You can object to analytics and session recordings; we will stop them for your account.
- Location, notifications and tracking: change these at any time in iOS Settings.
- Marketing emails: unsubscribe using the link in any email.
- EU/EEA residents can lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority. In Poland this is the
President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

within the time required by law.
9. Children
The App is intended for users aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you
believe a child under 16 has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit
and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the
"Last updated" date. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example in the
App).
